About the Author:
Chantell Fellowes is a Certified Holistic Mind-Body Coach specialising in Mental & Emotional Wellbeing. Recognised under the International Institute of Complementary Therapists – IICT, Chantell introduces Aromatherapy, Ayurveda, Reiki and Quantum Healing modalities into her resources. She supports and empowers children and adults to develop resilience, encourage emotional intelligence (EQ), self- healing and Positive Psychology. Chantell works with clients in private and in group sessions both online and in person.
"I have worked for years with adults teaching them mindset techniques and the importance of mindfulness to help them overcome childhood conditioning. I too struggled from mental health issues as a child, that followed me into adulthood, and so through these experiences both personally and professionally, I quickly realised that children of this generation don’t have access to the resources we do now as adults to help us with anxiety and depression. And with depression and anxiety increasing in children, I dedicate all my learnings and teachings to helping kids understand how they can support themselves emotionally, mentally and raise their self-awareness. This is how Little Lotus Books was born. I hope to help children as best I can to avoid emotional suffering which can so easily be helped with some gentle introduction to mindfulness."
